Welcome to Che & Cha Couture. By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media pages, or WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Che & Cha Couture is a Pune-based clothing brand offering ready-to-wear and custom outfits.
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Che & Cha Couture.
2. Product Information
We aim to display products as accurately as possible, however:
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
Measurements may vary by 1–2 inches due to manual sizing and fabric stretch.
All items are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is made.
We accept payments through secure methods such as UPI / Bank Transfer / Payment Gateway (as listed at checkout).
4. Order Processing & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
Che & Cha Couture reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
Stock unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Suspected fraudulent activity
A full refund will be issued only if we cancel the order from our side.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time varies based on product type and customer location.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, holidays, weather, or unforeseen issues.
Customers must provide correct delivery information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Exchange Policy (No Return / No Refund)
We follow a strict Exchange Only policy.
No returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange is allowed only for size and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With tags and packaging intact
Customer must bear return shipping charges and shipping charges for the exchanged item.
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
No exchange applies to:
Sale / Discounted / Offer items
Accessories
Customized / Made-to-measure / Altered outfits
7. Custom & Made-to-Order Outfits
For custom sizing, made-to-order, and tailored pieces:
No exchange, return, or refund will be accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements.
8. Intellectual Property
All product photos, designs, text, and brand identity belong to Che & Cha Couture.
Any reproduction or copying is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Che & Cha Couture is not responsible for:
Garment damage due to improper care
Fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Fabric reactions or sensitivities
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Changes will appear on this page with the updated date.
